Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SMSPM platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of Estonia and the European Union.

2. Service Description

SMSPM provides an API and web interface for sending global SMS messages. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

3. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from using the service for:

• Sending unsolicited commercial messages (SPAM)
• Phishing, fraud, or activities intended to deceive
• Distributing hateful, threatening, or illegal content
• Unauthorized access to other systems or accounts

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. Payments and Refunds

Services are provided on a prepay (credit) basis. Credits are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Unused credits may expire if the account remains inactive for more than 12 months.

5. Limitation of Liability

iSMS Solutions OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tallinn, Estonia.
